      Ordered these shoes online. Should have read the reviews first. Order was placed on 12/10/2024, it is now 03/12/2025 and still no shoes. I have sent multiple emails to ****************************************** and no reply, no refund, no nothing.

      Bought from a company in ********* ca and quality it awful. It's a iron on that will melt off in the dryer. Now they say ship back to ***** for refund, when I got it from inglewood ca.Scam. Bait and switch. Company has different names and emails.

      I made an online purchase and The Clothing Shop mailed it to an incorrect address that doesnt exist . I asked for a reshipment as it was a Christmas gift and they said no , I then asked for a refund . This was back on 12/19 , Im stilll getting the run around with no refund . The shipment was sent back to them . So I have no merchandise and no refund . Every time I call I get the run around

      I provided payment in full for office furniture I have yet to receive. I have researched the company and am afraid it was a scam. After reviewing plenty of negative reviews online, I am unable to get a response back from the company regarding my order.

      9/2/24 Ordered a sweatshirt for $30.98 with shipping Order received 9/17/24 Initiated return 9/22/24 Company refusing to honor return policy, misrepresented the item they were selling. see attached conversation.

      I placed order with joylove apparel on April 27th. The order was for $101.20. I was charged the exact same amount twice. They charged me twice and sent me the same order twice. When I realized this I immediately reached out to them and was told that if I didn't want the order I would have to ship it back to ***** to get a refund. Their mistake and wouldn't refund me for the double order. I shipped back to ***** in May 2024 and a it was$80. I kept contacting their customer service and was told they didn't have the order. I had tracking which showed the order was in ***** and had been picked up. Still as of today 8/14/24, $202.40 for clothing purchase and $80 for shipping and still have no product and no refund and I am out $282.40 and cannot get a response from their company.

      I ordered 2 separate outfits from the seller. When I received the items in the mail, instantly I was unhappy with the quality of the items. I looked in the package for a return label and there was not one so I emailed the seller at the email address that was provided. I received a response asking me to take pictures of the items, so I did. After submitting the photos I received an email apologizing saying that they were sorry that I did not like the fabric or the quality, but that wasn't a reason for a refund. We went back and forth, the last correspondence I received was them telling me that they would refund me $10.00 and that I could keep the merchandise.

      Comstylish listed dresses and shirt as being made of a cotton and linen blend. The 4 pieces arrived and are clearly made of polyester or other artificial fabric. The pieces are cheaply made and have no info on fabric content or care.
