I took My **** Chevrolet Astro to Toral autocare for an engine replacement on 09/06/2022. ****** told me it would take 15 days to get it done. I gave him a deposit of $1500.00 dollars; after a few weeks that turn into months he finally was supposedly finished with everything that needed to be done. I got the van back on 04/08/2023 and paid the rest $3745.00 which makes a total of $5245.00. After two days one of the engine lights turn on. i took it back to ask him to get it checked out. he took it back and still he hasn't resolve anything. i have been calling and texting with ****** about this, and he just tells me that he still working on it. The last message i received 11/04 was that he was taking the van to the dealer to get it checked out 11/07. after that i haven't got a call nor a message. I just want him to finish the job as soon as possible.Business response
