      I purchased 2 of the Novawave antennas. They worked terrible. I returned them within the 30 days. They kept $29.94 of money when they said they would make a full refund.

      I purchased Nova wave antenna and the booster I received the antenna never received the booster never was given tracking number or a receipt of the actual purchase and false advertisement it advertises that the product is made in the *** and when I received the antenna it said made in ***** all I want is the second purchase of the booster box the fact that I never received a tracking number I feel like I've been scammed I've gone to the post office I've done everything on my part to see if there is something that went wrong the only thing that went wrong is when I purchased the two products and only received one

      I tried to purchase 4 of the Novawave antennas for the price of $112 on 6/27/24 but when I looked at my bank statement there were 2 purchases for $59.94 each. I was able to call the company at ************ but the person I talked to said there was nothing she could do. I said all I wanted was the 4 I ordered.

      Wrongful charge from Novawave ********** (on my Amex card)They have no phone # listed anywhere that I can find. None on their advertisements nor even on the documents for billing.They do have a "support service" e-mail address that I have contacted numerous times for the past two days requesting that they call me.       Good day I'm writing this letter to see I can get help to get a refund. For 4 ************* Antennas $115.00. *******'s didn't bring in all the channel's as advertised. Sent them back in November and still haven't received a refund. I would appreciate if you would look into this matter. I sent two letters requesting a refund. Also called and was told it would be refunded. I don't know what else to do told them I was contacting the BBB. I would like a refund or the antennas back even though they don't deliver the channel's advertised. Please look into **** matter. Surely not the only one who was dissappointed in this products.

      I purchased a nova wave antenna and signal amplifier paid $78 receive the amplifier but not the antenna. Ive tried to contact customer service through email four times with no response given my order number still no response feel as if this company is a scam and would like my money back.
