    In late March of 2022, I purchased a Audi Q5 from Carnamic at the Infiniti Dealership in Redwood City. I worked with **** to complete my purchase. I paid with my hard earned cash no financing. I even purchased the comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty for 2 years after purchase. I talked to **** in great length about what the warranty did and did not cover and how it worked. After agreeing to purchase the car with warranty, I signed all the paperwork and paid in full. Literally less than a week and less than 50 miles later the check engine light came on the car. I promptly texted **** and informed him of the situation. **** responded with "sorry you bought the car as is, nothing we can do for you", I quickly reminded him that I bought the extended warranty. He advised me to wait 60 days and then file a claim. I explained to him that he never mentioned a claim grace ****** and that I had read the warranty contact and it did not state that there was a claim grace ******. He then tells me to wait 35 days and then file the claim. I was so angry by how I was being treated. I spent over $20,000.00 on the car and now if was in need of repairs and he was dismissive and arrogant. I insisted that **** explain to me why my warranty contract did not state there was a grace ****** and he then says, wait 31 day and file a claim. Tell the warranty company the damages just happened. I was appalled by his blatant suggestion of warranty fraud. Realizing I wouldn't get anyway with him I called the warranty company myself and asked about the claims ******. I was told there wasn't a grace ****** at all. My mechanic whom I had the car towed to ran a diagnostic test on the car and it needed a new fuel pump, all new fuel injectors and nee spark plugs because the old ones were damaged from the fuel system malfunction. Over $3,000 in repairs was needed in order for the car to be drivable. All in all, the warranty company covered over $2000 in repairs and I had to pay $900.
