I just tricked by exactly same manner as other has reviewed here. They charged me for 540$ for signing 15$ monthly. And then I received e-mail from some scoundrel named **** ***** from their support refusing to refund or cancel service and in my bbb complaint, that same person lied he will take care of it. I will never use Box, Inc. again. I thought I was signing up for a yearly subscription that cost $75 for the year, but it ended up being $900. I requested to cancel my subscription for the months that I have not used the account, but they refused. I also am working with my credit card company to dispute the charges. I have never had a company refuse to give you a refund for buyers remorse that was within 30 days. Do not use this company. They are scam artists.Review from BEHRANG K

Impossible to submit a support ticket, even though they claim you can do so on "https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new". There is no place to place a support ticket, and if you ask their "community", your entire profile will be visible to ****** searches. This is an INVASION OF PRIVACY and there is no way to actually contact a human to remove your footprint from ******.

Our Community site is a public forum which may be visible in online searches. This user received assistance based off of their account type which is provided through our community at this time. I'm hesitant in even giving them a one star rating. I signed up for a box account for what I thought was $15 a month for training purposes. When I got my statement there was a $540 charge. Since you can't talk to a person I emailed them. I was told they **** annually for the entire year and that you are charged for a minimum of 3 accounts. That meant $15 X 3 accounts for $45 per month, for the entire year. No where on the main page does it state that. I was told I could only cancel in the 15 day free trial membership. THEY ARE A SCAM and need to be stopped. I have my credit card company trying to dispute the charges and hope they can. In the mean time they need to be held accountable for ripping people off. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A BOX ACCOUNT EVER!!Review from Richard L

I had an account with box for a year and with no prior notification they renewed my subscription & automatically withdrew $900 from my bank account.I attempted to reach them by phone but they will not talk to you on the phone...only through email. I contacted them the same day the money was withdrawn and after many emails was told they would not cancel my account since they need to receive notice of account cancellation in order to cease billing. I contacted them the same day my account was "renewed" (money withdrawn) & since they didn't contact me until the next day, it was too late This business is a HUGE scam. Please beware and use any other service besides Box.
