Purchase date: Sept. 8, 2021 Thermador Backguard for range. $509.00 Thermador Blue Range K**** $384.00 Subtotal: $893.00 ****% tax: $78.13 Total: $971.13 Install dates: Dec. 15, 2022 for the backguard Jan. 28, 2023 for the blue k**** We purchased the above items on 9/8/2021 for our kitchen remodel, which was later installed on the above indicated dates by Atherton Appliance. Upon installation, we inspected the work and noticed that the both the backguard and blue k**** were defective. We requested that new replacement items be delivered and installed, on the same day that the items where installed - Dec. 15, 2022 and Jan. 28, 2023.Since the original request date, among several follow up emails to Atherton Appliance for replacement, which they agreed to replace the items, we have not received the replacement items. Since that time which is nearly 1 year of numerous attempts to resolve this, there is still no resolution. Now that it's almost 1 year with no resolution. We have asked Atherton Appliance to refund us the cost of the items, since the ones we have are defective. At this point replacing the backguard will cause damage to our countertops, as the range is fully installed. Atherton appliance should have inspected all parts before installing it. Our contractor is no longer available to assist with project and we are now stuck with damage items, which Atherton Appliance failed to replace the items and now failing to refund us the total costs. We are seeking a full refund of $971.13.Initial Complaint

I purchased a double oven from Atherton Appliance and Kitchens which was delivered 10/29/21.After it was delivered a charge of $130 for delivery was added to my ****. No delivery charge had been specified on the original ****, or mentioned at the time of the quote. Atherton Appliance went ahead and charged my credit card after I specifically told them not to do so. I think they should refund me the $130.Initial Complaint

We ordered a dishwasher that never arrived due to covid supply chain problems. They charged our account the full amount within a few days of ordering. After many months of waiting and no indication of when or if the dishwasher would arrive, we decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. After over a month of waiting, we have not received the refund.
