worst customer service ever. they were very warm and welcome when soliciting customers to join as a member, but changed attitude 180% degrees when customers try to end the membership. the front desk say filing a end contract form does not guarantee a successful ending, they need to submit to the manager and will contact me in two weeks, which they never did. I have reviewed my contract of membership with me and nothin in there indicates my obligation to stay on as a member. this is extremely unpleasant experience, and I would like to warn anyone who considers going there for service to think twice before joining as member. my credit card is being charged a monthly fee in spite of my continuous attempt to end the membership.Review from zeynep y

Lack of accountability, and unethical business practice. Cancelled membership during covid, after a lot of effort, several unused hours were reinstated with no expiration date. I have an email confirming this information. The business is now telling me I need to become a member to use the several hours I have. They dont take responsibility for the confirmation, putting forward excuses like business owner change, the person who confirmed is no longer working there, etc. They are not providing for the already paid service. It has been a painful experience, do not recommend anyone to buy membership with this business.
