I participated in the ********** *******, both scan and purchase promotion on two separate occasions. On 3/13 and 3/28. I stopped using Shopkick when I ran into issues trying to redeem my points in 2023 I initially thought it was just a system or technical error. It’s been about a year; I tried again to redeem points, and still received an error message. I finally emailed support. Shopkick informed me that they believed fraud was committed based on three pictures. Two of the pictures are clear images of the ****. There was also a third that was submitted, but is dark and unreadable. There are three pictures for a total of two options. I was unaware that the dark, unreadable picture counted as a submission as you are allowed two tries to submit an image correctly. I was also was unaware that there was an issue as I was able to submit for other offers after these two separate submissions. I believe this is misleading. If I had never tried to redeem my points, I would never know that there was an issue. The screenshots attached will show the two submissions, but also show that I am still able to access current offers which does not alert me that there is a problem with my account. If I am suspected a fraud, there should be no way for me to be able to access new offers. I am seeking a resolution which reviews my case, and awards me the points that I have earned. There are a total of 4960 points. Thank you
