I purchased a skateboard deck that apparently is out of stock and instead of issuing a refund they want to play games over email about exchanging it for a different deck. Just give me my 86 dollars back.Business response

When the product ran out of stock, we offered a replacement.
Customer didn't want any other product, so we refunded the money.

This company claims to be based in ***************** but is operating out of *****.They claim to have multiple distribution centers in *******, I believe this is a lie.Business response

Longboards USA is based in ************ in Redwood Shores. We ship from many warehouses all over the **, including ******.
Only in exceptional cases we will ship from *****, however that happens in less than 0.5% of orders and when that happens we do this to get products to our customers in the fastest possible way, even sometimes international 2 days shipping. 99% of products ship from ******* and 95% arrive at customers in less than 7 shipping days.
