Thanks for reaching out!
This matter began on 10/12/2022 when someone on the account made a payment for $100, then returned the following day to pay $136.00 for past dues. However, during that time no cancellation request was made. I also see that this couples membership was still being utilized up until 12/12/2022. Your current status is in collection because no payment was made after 10/13/2022. With that being said you were also under contract until 6/24/2023. When investigating this case we also double checked that no cancellation was made via email or cancellation form.
What I will do to move forward on this account is make your 10/12/2022 $100 payment your early termination payment. I will reach out to our collections agency (****** & Associates) to remove your status from collection with no further dues.
We always hope to keep our members and community happy, we feel this is a fair compromise to this situation.
