I first filed a service request with my home warranty company (First American Home Warranty), they charged me the *** service call fee which is not a problem. The service request was then transferred to the contractor: Alliance HVAC Company, they sent a technician out on a Monday, where he identified that the problem with my AC system was that it needed the whole system to be cleaned the following day, something not covered, that would cost **** also not a problem. After cleaning the system as discussed I was told by my tenant (who's AC is currently broken) that the technician says something else is broken and he would need to come back to fix. My complaint is that it has been over a week, my AC is still broken, and I cannot get in touch with this company at all to schedule them to actually fix the broken AC, they will not call back and there is no way to leave a message as their mailbox is full. I have spent over **** and they have not repaired the AC, and will not answer any calls or texts. I'd like to go to another company all together, but since I've spent so much with this company all I'd like is for them to actually complete my repair.

Exact same issue as other review. These guys tried to cheat us out of ******. We called out home warranty and they assigned these guys to us. It took two weeks to get an appointment, tech comes out (nice guy) and says bad compressor. They took an additional 3 weeks just to get their report to our home warranty company, during this time I have to mediate between them and the home warranty via email literally 9 times to get them to send a full report, which they were just lazy to do. Getting a hold of them is almost impossible as they don't answer their phone. I got a list of "Modifications" from them saying they will replace our condensor unit, but they want to keep our 45 year old evap coil which runs on R22 with a new condensor unit that runs on 140A. Any honest tech will tell you this is a big no no as you will ALWAYS have issues since the pressures of the 140A refridgerant and R22 are completely different (200+ psi difference) and the R22 evap coils are completely not desiged for these high pressures you get things like leaks, freezing coils, failed compressors, just CONSTANT problems. The reason why they want to do this method is that this is considered a "modification/non-covered cost install" by the insurance company, so it comes out of YOUR pocket. So these HVAC guys will try to collect from you direct which pays 10x as much as the home insurance does. So basically they will install something completely wrong that gives you constant problems, not to mention VERY ineffecient as it lowers the SEER rating substantially, all in order to scam you and get more money from you. The insurance company doesnt mind as they payout less, and the HVAC guys love it as they get paid more. Its all to SCAM you so don't fall for it. These guys should be ashamed of what they are doing but they have no conscience. RUN AWAY!

Here is my list of the "mods"

    Freon ****
    UV insulation ****
    Caps service ****
    Straping down ****
    Platform ****
    Testing ****
    Electric mod ****
