*************************** cane to tow my vehicle directly after an accident that occurred on the morning of 12-24-22. SMCC was referred & dispatched by a Buick Dealership that posed as an ONSTAR service volunteering to assist me due to the immobility if my vehicle and for my safety in traffic due to my collision.. I consented to the tow but realized the following day that I had been involved in a bait & switch by both ************ a collusion setup to get my car to their shop for added business. SMCC is not an authorized repair shop and covered under my insurance and the minute I stated I wanted my vehicle taken to a repair shop of my choosing they held my vehicle hostage until I paid an outrageous bill invoice of $2,610 which is nearly 2 times what the service should cost, the charged me over $325 daily storage high average storagefor this zipcode is $235 & SMCC charged me over $600 for a one time tow from the screen of the accident appx no more tan 5 miles from their facility. I would like the invoice to be reduced to a fair compensatory amount for services renderedInitial Complaint

I was in a car accident on June 27, and a lady contacted me. She stated she was from ****** and they were going to take my car to a ***** Dealership. I asked why I wanted to be dropped off at my house, but she told me they needed to remove a device from my car. Since I was in shock and distress, I let them take my car. The next day, they told me the location was ********** reseda. I went there immediately and asked to get my car back. They told me I could not, and it needed to be in storage. Once the insurance resolves my accident, they will give me my car back. Based on what they told me, I had no choice, so I signed their agreement. This was a bait and tow, and they fraudulently tricked me by saying they were from *****. Not only that, I wanted to get my car back when it entered their facility. I request not to pay their fee and get my car back.
