This phone was ordered by a minor, I did not authorize that it was ok to buy this phone. I have the receipt and I took it back to ******* where it was purchased from with the receipt and I was told I had to start the return on the app. So I did. The company never responded on the numerous attempts for us to return this phone. I would like to return the phone that was never taken out of the box to be returned and I would like the refund to be issued to the original form of payment. I have no way to contact this company other then the ******* app and their not responding.Initial Complaint

I purchased item number ************ ******** Galaxy S21) , order ************** on July 15, 2023 on ***** The listing stated this item was "professionally refurbished" and "backed by a one year warranty". The phone had issues accepting calls later that year and all attempts to fix (new sim card, factory resets, etc) failed On 3/1/24, after several weeks of contacting wireless-source to honor the warranty with a replacement device, "***" let me know that a replacement would not be available and that instead I would get a refund ($238.15). She sent me a package slip and I sent in the phone (tracking # **** 9400 1112 0621 7076 4157 59).On 3/19/24 an unnamed individual sent me an email stating that a return could not be processed because it was purchased "last year" and asked to send the device back. I responded that this was unacceptable, since we are (even still) within the 1-year warranty.Since then, the company has ghosted me. Every time I reach out, I get a helpful-sounding agent who then stops responding after promising to get me my refund. As of this moment, they have my (broken) phone and have not sent the refund. **** has not been helpful - I have no idea if the company has been disciplined or not. I will file a 2nd complaint about **** for protecting this vendor by refusing to send me info about their business that would have allowed me to even share this complaint.
