I took my vehicle here for a smog inspection. Benny is a really shady person. I have a modified air intake on my vehicle which is a Nismo, a Nissan geniue part but I did not have the carb sticker for it. As soon has he opened the hood and saw the modified air intake with no carb sticker, an honest business person would have notified me that he could not pass the vehicle without it. Instead he proceeded to continue with the inspection knowing very well he would be failing my vehicle. I know the visual inspection is part of the smog inspection and technically he started the inspection but it was shady on his behalf to continue after it took him about 3 minutes to pull my vehicle in and open the hood and see the modified air intake with no carb sticker. I was not aware a carb sticker is required for any modified parts, but I've been having my vehicle smog with this modified air intake since 2009 and no other smog technician has ever questioned the air intake after seeing it was a Nismo. Also when I returned for the retake after replacing the original air intake back on to my vehicle, the invoice stated it would be a $25.00 retake fee. Before paying him, I confrimed by asking, "It's $25.00, right?'" he said yes. He never advised me of a $3 credit card fee which I was not charged this first time with my vehicle did not pass.
