I took a new gun I purchased at Turners to have shipped to Ruger because of problem with gun. It was close to two months after taking to Turners I called to find out whats taking so long. I was getting nowhere, the old runaround. I called again and was told they were issuing me a new gun of the same model at no expense at all. I asked what happened to my gun, they couldnt tell. I contacted corporate and asked again what happened with the gun. They said they would call me right back, never did. I called a lady at corporate directly and asked again, she took my information again said she would call me right back. Again never heard from her. They are hiding whatever has happened. I called Ruger, the manufacture of the gun was returned after being repaired and signed for by someone at Tuners warehouse.Review from Matthew P

Paid $15 on a $35 product. Website said 4 day shipping. After 4 days it still had not shipped so I called customer service to ask for a refund on the shipping charge at least and was given the runaround. I wouldn't have ordered if this was the case. Product won't be here for another 10 days. Never ordering again. What a joke.Review from Jereme G

I purchased t guns and the DOJ took too long to approve, therefore they owe me my money back. Paid with my ATM card ( cash ), and was told they would mail me a check. Waited a couple weeks, no check. Called and they said they would mail another one, now I have to wait another couple weeks! They said it was too much mo ey to simply credit my bank account. I have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years, never again!
