Purchased a brand new car on march 22,2021 took it to them for my windows to get tinted. 4 days later! services made by appointment!...left my car with them for 3-4 hours after i left the business i went home and seen they had cut my upholstery on my door panel while slicing the tint. Immediately called and spoke to someone and explained to them what was done. They asked me to bring the car the next day as i did they offered to redo my tint that was still bubbly on my 2 back windows and asked me to get the quote from the dealership for the door panel and they will pay for their mess up!...i did so as they asked and once i took them the reciept from the dealership with the part and labor pricing they tried to talk me down and suggest that i give them a few days to look for the part for a less expensive price. **** found the part and purchased the part without my consent and told me he would be the one to replace it, i then told him no i would like it done by the dealership.Business response

We received a letter stating there was a complaint from a customer who had damage to there vehicle
We acknowledge the panel from the door was damage and are willing to fix and leave the vehicle like it was when it was brought in. We had purchased the part but the consumer did not allow us to install it because she wants a dealer to do it. As a small business it is costly for something we can do.
We commit to order the part again and proceed to change it since we have qualified personnel to do so.
