I'm currently dealing with a challenging situation involving Chrysler Capital. Despite making all my payments on time, I had a car accident and sent my truck for repairs at the dealership. The repair work is complete, but Chrysler Capital is not releasing the funds, effectively holding my truck hostage. I haven't been able to work because I don't have my truck yet, even though all my payments are up to date, and I've paid my deductible. The insurance company and the repair shop have done their part, but Chrysler Capital is not cooperating, despite numerous emails documenting the issue. My father lost a job opportunity due to the lack of a vehicle, costing us around $2,500 to $4,000 weekly. This is causing me to fall behind on payments, and it feels like a grave injustice. I am demanding compensation for the financial loss my father incurred due to his out-of-state work.Today, I visited the repair shop, and they assisted me in making another call to Chrysler Capital. Unfortunately, there is still no response, and they keep advising us to rely on email, which seems to go unanswered. I'm desperate for help in resolving this situation.Initial Complaint

My vehicle was repossessed on 7/14/2022. I received a letter of intent stating that I had until 7/28/2022 to resolve the issue or my vehicle would be sold. I first called Chrysler Capitol on 7/15/2022. I was told I would have 10 days to pay the money owed (so by the 28th.) I called back once again on 7/22/2022 requesting more time or possible a payment plan. I was denied. On 7/26/2022 I called to make arrangements to pay the amount owed. I paid that day, called and gave confirmation. Chrysler Capitol told me the vehicle was cleared for pick up. I was told to call (the middle man company) Resolvium ************ to make sure they had the clearance paper work before calling the actual lot that my vehicle was at. When I called Resolvium I was told that my vehicle was already taken 7/25/2022 to the auction lot and that I needed to contact my finance company. Yet again I call Chrysler Capitol and speak with ******** I was told that she would put in a request for a "take-back" but that it could be up to **** days. 7/27/2022 I call again to Chrysler Capitol and speak with Supervisor ****** (#******) I was told the same thing. When I questioned why my vehicle was taken prematurely before the 28th, I was told because I did not pay the money until the 26th. During my many phone calls I was told I had up until the end of business day to pay the money. Even the letter of intent states that. I request it be expedited due to it being their mistake and being taken early- I was told no. To wait the **** business days. I even offered to pick up the vehicle since it is in close proximity. I was told no as well. So my question is how and why did I just pay almost $2600 and not get my vehicle back?
