My mother and aunt passed away within two days of each other on October 2nd and 4th 2020, and both had previously purchased plots at Rolling Hills. I was the executor for both and met with Rolling Hills family counselor *************************** to discuss the details. ******* confirmed that both plots were paid in full and the burials were held on October 20th 2020. My mother and aunt each had double plots and their husbands preceded them in death and were already buried there. ******* explained that the scrolls for my mother and aunt could take up to 12 weeks to be placed on the existing headstones.We waited for 6 months and asked to meet with ******* to find out why the names had not been added. She said that the pandemic caused delays in production but confirmed that she would contact the company that makes the name plate and would ensure it was completed. I never received a call from ******* and left multiple messages for her to call back. I had surgery and several months passed before I visited the cemetery. To my surprise, neither of the headstones had the nameplates added. On 7/29/22 I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and received a call from *******************. He apologized profusely and said he would investigate. After several days he called and said the paperwork was never submitted. He said he would personally make sure it was submitted and expedited. He also refunded additional money that ******* said was needed because of taxes etc. for my mother.I received a text message from **** on 9/30/22 (which I still have), stating that it was his last day of working at Rolling Hills but he wanted to let me know that the scroll for my mother was placed. He also stated that my aunts scroll was being prioritized and would be placed as soon as it was delivered. He said *************************** would be in charge of following up with me. To date the name plate is still not placed and ******* is not returning any calls.Business response

I reached out to customer to get more info. As I didnt see *************** family names on the complaint
I then looked around and I believe I found the memorials she was inquiring about. Please see attached email I sent to customer, and I have attached pictures of the memorial I believe to be the ones she is asking about.
********************************* scroll has been placed as she said on her letter. The one for ******************* is not placed, I have on the notes that it was sent out to vendor on July 28, 2022 I have reached out to them to check status of it.

I am rejecting this response because: I have never received a call or written communication from Rolling Hills as they stated. As I previously stated, *************************** passed in October 2020 and her name plate was paid in full. I have tried multiple times to get ******* or someone at Rolling Hills to get Bettyes name added to the existing plot.I would like the resolution to be a representative of Rolling Hills contacting me to confirm it has been completed.

They received notarized paperwork and check to transfer title of a plot to me in Sept. 2021 They have not produced any paperwork regarding such transfer and I have been calling for 2 months and no one will return my phone call to find out about what's going on. I have left messages for ***************************** and also ***************************** managing partner. Why are they avoiding me? I feel like something is very wrong. I called today and asked to make appointment and can't even do that. Whatever you could do to help me would be so appreciated. Sincerely ******************************Business response
