I'm been asking to get my $500 dollars deposit back and I want $200 dollars back that I pay for a security guard that I never had I signed a contract to rent a hall for my daughter ********** and the contract says that I can have the music ****pm but I ask ******************* the lady who is in charge that if I can keep the music until 11 pm and she was agree with that and a day before the event she told that I need to turn off the music at 10pm like it says on the contract so I ask her why she was telling me that if she agrees verbally on 3/18/23 that I can have it. I ask ****** to put three xtra tables and chair and she agree on that she say yes , and now she she is denying, I didn't have no security guard he was ************************* and he didn't introduce to me , He never was in the door . ****** lie to me he agree verbally to the things I ask her and now she is saying that is not true so she can keep my 500 deposit. I believe on her word and I pay the music until 11pm but because she say no at the last minute I lost my money. And I spoke to father ****** and explain him the situation and he told me that he was going to talk to ****** to refund the money and until now I haven't heard from them. I believe that this people knows what they doing to keep peoples money I have my contract I ask ****** about the time and the chair and tables and she agree verbally if I knew she was going to do this to me I would tell all my guest and pay the dj until 11pm I feel that she wants to keep my money for no reason I have witnessed that i dint have 160 or 150 people . ****** just want to keep my money and father ****** knows that they rent the hall and let people stay until 11pm and they do events until 11pmBusiness response

The matter was resolved. We refunded her $700.00 on Sept 22, 2023 by check # ****.Customer response
