    To whom it may concern, On April 28, 2023. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at a Ford Dealership in Ridgecrest, Ca. An hour and a half later I received a phone call from the dealership saying that they broke a wheel lock and therefore will not rotate the tires. It was fine until I asked if they are going to fix it. and the employee was rude about the situation that they are not going to replace the wheel lock. The worker was so rude and did not want to work with me to find a solution. I said i will go there and speak with them because the phone conversation turned into an argument. The worker was so rude over the phone it seems like he wanted to fight because, the worker replied. "Go ahead"!!!! Get down here! When I got there I asked if they were going to fix the wheel lock. And the worker got upset and said "no" they are not going to replaced it. The worker really got upset after insisting they should fix my wheel lock. The worker told me to get out in bad words. I didn't pay for the oil change because the worker was kicking me out. I got home and later Called the dealership. And the boss was so rude about the whole situation. I can understand if i have to pay for the part. But the workers were rude about the whole situation. I thought I found a solution when I was speaking with the manager where i pay for the oil change and they will replaced the wheel lock I said ok. But the Manager yelled over the phone saying that I can never go back to Ford or they will call the cops on me. I've never been so disrespected, like that before. The Manager said that the broken wheel lock is in my truck, but I haven't found it yet. I also have recordings of the incident. Please BBB help me find a resolution to my issue with the Ford Dealership in Ridgecrest, Ca. *****. V/R **** G
