My name is ***************************, and my complaint is against ******** banker in *************** located at ******************************. ** 93505So whats going on here is I lived there for approximately 18 months and my rent was around $1400 a month so when I moved in I gave the deposit of $1400 So when I moved out I was requesting for my deposit back and they told me that it will be a while, so I gave them over a month before I start calling for the deposit back And here we are today over 90 days which is three months later, and they still have not gave me back my deposit and prior to me moving out of the property. I put the estate back into the same condition that it was when it was given to me, so there is no reason for them to not have returned me my deposit of $1400 And theyre saying that the property manager who was there before which name was ********************* is no longer there so they have a new woman in position which Im not for sure of her name but she saying that theres nothing that they could do about the deposit and I feel like Thats not fair to me which I need the money for the newest state that Im trying to attend as a ***** and Im on the verge of losing my permanent housing without the money that theyre holding it will not give it back to me and for my understanding the business is not trying to resolve the issue when I address to them that Im on the verge of losing my permanent housing without my deposit moneyBusiness response

******* * ******** who is the broker owner where ********* ***** works as agent is he is allowing her to commit fraud, he is aware that she is using a cancellation contract that is not valid because my Agent ****** ***** communicated to him via phone and email of this issue and Mr ******* * *s not responding. I gave a deposit of 5000 dollars and they and Mr ******* the broker and ********* ***** are trying to keep the deposit both of them know that they are using a cancellation that was sing my mistake mistake. I have email and information as proof of this matter. All I want is to get to an agreement and that Mr ******* answer calls and emails from my agent. I want my 5000 deposit back. Agent already sold the house to another person and still she is trying to keep my deposit
