I have been receiving none stop phone calls from this business trying to collect a debt for a woman in *****. They have sent me text messages as well with this woman's personal information as well. i have been receiving this these phone calls and text messages none stop for 8 months now even after blocking and ignoring every call and text.Initial Complaint

I checked my credit report and noticed I had 2 allege collections from NTL RECOVERY AGENCY that was opened in 12/22/2021 balance are $64.00 and $142.00 with account number starting in ********. I do not recognize having any agreement with NTL RECOVERY AGENCY and I am not liable for these accounts. This alleged debt is not mine I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with NTL RECOVERY AGENCY. These inaccurate collections are NOT MINE. I never provided any written consent or permissible purpose for this allege creditor NTL RECOVERY AGENCY to report on my consumer report. I AM THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR and THE ONLY ONE who can extend credit or permission to report to my consumer report. This is a violation of U.S. Code ****b permissible purposes of consumer reports. Pursuant to 15 U.S. CODE ****b(a)(2)- Permissible purpose, of consumer reports. (A) in general Subject to subsection (c) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other (2) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. This is a violation and also identity theft!15 U.S.C. ****c-2- Block of information resulting from identity theft.You have no right under the law to send me any type of communication what so ever. Cease and Desist all communication immediately. Further More You Are attempting to collect an alleged debt where the so called original creditor has falsely represent the character other Violations under 15 USC **** e that you are implementing your self. Violation: 15 USC ****b(5), 15 USC ****(2)(A), 15 USC ****e(3), 15 USC ****(6)(B), 15 USC ****(9), 15 USC ****(10), 15 USC ****(11) If your office fails to respond to this validation request within 10 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my consumer report!Initial Complaint

They towed my car due to repossession on 2/2 around 3am. I realized it missing at 7am and called my lender. I paid the total amount due by 7:43am and the lender sent the release to National Recovery at 9:41am. By 10 am I called and they stated that the earliest I can pick up my car was a week later on Monday 2/7/22. I was outraged. My car is paid in full and it is my right to have it available immediately. I asked in reference to my possessions and they said not until the day of pick up. I was not present at the time of towing and am owed a detailed report of my possessions as well as the right to my possessions. When I reviewed the California Code, Vehicle Code - VEH ******** stating You and your insurance company or the insurance company representative have the right to have the vehicle released * * * immediately upon (1) payment of all towing and storage-related fees, (2) presentation of a valid photo identification, (3) presentation of reliable documentation showing that you are the owner, . She stayed quiet and said I was wrong but something was mailed to my home or should be tomorrow. I dont understand how they have remained in business.Initial Complaint

I have called this towing lot for the past 3 days after my car had to be put on hold for 2weeks due to a maintenance issue with ******. this company has failed to answer a single call for me to get my car back i already paid my dues and at this point they are harboring my property and this is a felony. this company is **** when it comes to caring about what’s going on. SOMEONE NEEDS TO ANSWER THE PHONE. there should be no reason for it goin to voicemail it’s digusting. the past week ?? really?!?! like let’s be real they are trying to keep my vehicle so it can be put up for auction so please contact this company for me i need my car now i’ve been patient enough i’m ready. thank you
