I wish I had a time machine so I could go back to a year ago, and never stepped foot on this lot let alone spend 40k on this paper weight of a Tahoe we are now stuck with. First off, they sold this inspected vehicle with the brake line compromised and in need of repair within weeks of buying the vehicle. The extended warranty they up sold ** on refused to cover it as it came from the dealership in need of repair so I contacted ***** the ** and after much back and fourth they agreed to pay the **** it needed for repair. ***** offered to take the Tahoe back and have his guys fix what they obviously didnt see to begin with and I said no, I didnt trust them at this point and wanted the warrantys authorized repair shop to take care of the repairs. We purchased the Tahoe with ****** miles and a year later it only has ****** miles on it. Want to know why? Its because it has about $5400 dollars in additional repairs needed to the control arms, ball joints, struts, shock absorbers, steering knuckles and honestly at this point, Im sure there will be more. You keeping track? Thats a grand total of ***** in repairs this quality, 12 point inspected vehicle needed straight from outlet 4 cars. *** had the vehicle parked for months as I grieved the death of my grandma and finally got back around to taking it back to that same shop. We are paying for a paper weight. Its not drivable never should have been sold. I feel like Outlet 4 cars knew that this SUV needed this amount of work and passed it on to their customer. Now my husband and I are without a car, looking at over 5 more grand in repairs and stuck with a 640 dollar a month payment. I have retained counsel and plan to *** them civilly at this point unless they agree to buy back this garbage SUV they sold ** for at the very least what we paid for it so I can go to a reputable dealership and buy a vehicle thats safe and reliable and safe to drive our babies around in.

I didn't realize this complaint had gone unanswered on BBB.  This issue was resolved with the customer some time ago.  The result was us purchasing the vehicle back.

On Jan 6, 2023 we purchase a **** F150 2017 At Outlet 4 Cars on ************. We also purchase the warranty through GWC. On January 16, 2023 I noticed that there was to much oil in the truck also when the heater was on you could smell oil coming through the vent system and the oil was leaking also the engine light was on. So I called Out4 Cars and they told me to bring it in they change the oil and filter and check the tire pressure. After the oil was change it was still doing the same thing so I called them again and they said that they could not look at it until Tuesday the 24th.They should have seen the oil it was all over the valve cover. I took it to the Future **** on Madison **** I took the car to **** but if you just purchase a car why should I have to wait 5 days for it to be seen. I was told by ************************* at **** that there is a oil leak , spark plugs need replace the valve cover has a crack and the gasket was leaking.. The truck is still at the dealer waiting for one part that was back order. The truck has been at **** since the 20th of January. When I called Outlet 4 Cars they said to bring it back to the shop. But when they had the truck there how come they didnt see the oil leaking on the gasket when they had it. I am in a rental car after 5 days it is coming out of my pocket. The warranty will only pay for five days for the rental. I have a car loan on a truck I havent even hardly drove. I feel like I have been misused. I dont have the final paperwork but you can call the service adviser ************************* at ************. Regarding Outlet 4 cars if the truck had issues they could of said something I know they are in the business of making money . If you could help It would be appreciated. They said I could trade it for another truck but right now I will be out of ******* charges at Future ****. I dont even know if you can do that because they finance the car through the ************* Thank you

January 12th customer had vehicle in to make duplicate key. No mention of oil leak in notes or smell. January 16th customer had in for oil change. No mention of oil leak or check engine light. Check engine light was not on. Subsequent phone call from customer stating that he had taken to **** dealership and that the warranty wouldn't cover entire amount due to how much they were charging. Told customer that if he brought back to us, because of our lower labor rates, he would not need to come out of pocket. He declined. That is all we have heard from ****************** until this notice.

I am rejecting this response because like I said before I was smelling the oil burning. I didn't know it was oil smelling at first and it keep getting worse and worse. It was the motor oil. Then ************ was on the driveway..It was motor oil and it was a quart over filled. It seems to me that someone put more oil in it that was needed when I took it in outlet 4 auto suggested to change the oil and when they finished they didn't say nothing when I got home and open the hood I looked at the engine and saw oil on the valve cover I called them and they didn't have an appt until the following week. I took it to **** and that is where it has been for 3 weeks waiting for the part. I am picking it up now and going out to Outlet 4 Auto to see if we can work something out because I shouldn't have to pay ******* out of my pocket. When I took it to the mechanic he should have seen the problem and fixed it. I know he seen the oil on the side of the engine just like I did. Why would you sell a cover with a Crack valve cover. They have fault in this. And why shouldn't you hear from me if you couldn't fix the truck
