      I ordered items from K&N website on June 2nd and i didnt receive items until last week july8th because items cane to late I requested for a refund and return the items. They just sent me a label for one of the item . I called back 3 time with each one waiting for 40 minutes minimum and they are telling me that the person created the label is not answering we will call u back and they never call i called today at 8 :20 AM and now they are telling me items cant be return and wont refund my money. When I already sent half of the item back. Please help me I need my money back

      Contacted K&N on May 8th received the shipping label May 10th based ofc of ***** shipping they had it in may 12 contact them on May 17th to ask them what's going on they replied it takes several weeks to process a refund that I should have it by the 29th of May well that day came and went still no refund contacted them again then was told then it can take of to 4 weeks to get a refund this is not ok I have contacted them several times with the same response I want my money back! And they have lost a customer that has stood up for them for well over 13 years

      Started the process November 11 and have been ignored. I have the 57-1553 performance intake system and the filter has started deteriorating as well as vibration has caused the wires to wear and and has holes in it.Supposed to be lifetime warranty. Called and received a case number and then crickets. No help. Ignored. No response to emails. Phone calls or ******** messenger.       i bought an intake system on october 6 and it was 480$the order on the website says completes and shiped but on the ***** page it only says label created and they didn't resive the packge i've been emailng k&n since the day i bought it and i was asking about when will it arrive then i email them abot the packge not being shipped to ***** and i haven't gotten any response from them at all i hope they can give me more details i don't know what is happing to my order and the custmor service is not that good

      Our system shows that the package was ready for ***** on October 6th which is why a notice with tracking was sent. However,***** did not pick up the package from up until October 9th. As of October 10th, at 06:40am CST, ***** shows the package is in transit to you with a soft ETA of October 14th. However, this does not include any delays that *** be caused by customs in your country.

      I placed an order with K&N Engineering on 04/19/2023 for wiper blades. Order # 14********* in the amount of 38.38 paid by my credit card. They didn't fit right, so i returned them on 04/27/2023 by USPS and they arrived at their Grand Prarrie Texas location on 05/01/2023. Return Approval Code # 14*********. AS of this date, i haven't heard anything back from them at on by email or phone and my account has not been credited for this return. Emails to them haven't been answered. Phone call to them at ###-###-#### is a customer service and you have to wait a long time for a response. This was sent back to them by USPS at a cost to me of 12,45 and should also be refunded due to the fact, they didn't fit correctly to my car windshield.

      Hello.  We requested the Tracking Number for the returned product shipped by the Customer, since we had no record of receiving it in our Grand Prairie, Texas Facility. The consumer has been contacted, and he provided our Customer Service Manager the Returned Product Tracking Number. While we research the status of the returned filter, the refund to the customer, to include shipping, has been expedited, Customer satisfaction is always our Number One goal.  

      This complaint has been resolved.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.    The main issue here is the return site in Grand Piarrie Texas in NOT REPORTING OR POSTING OF THIS RETURN.       They did receive it by USPS on 05/01/2023  at 4:11 pm and gave it to their customer service.    Horrible customer service on their part.        One should not have to go through this process in order to get a refund credited back to their account.      Thanks for your help.       Mr. *******

      Hello, I just received my ORDER #14********* just the other day. I am solicited by an email from you that if I made a $100 order I would receive a free gift of: I kindly request this free gift be sent to me, or I would like to return my unopened unused purchase and will repurchase. I will be happy to move forward with a BBB complaint should this not be honored. I have been a loyal customer of yours for over 20+ years. Every one of my four cars has your products and I stand by your products and hope you will make this goodwill gesture to a loyal customer.       I ordered filters for my car and didn’t receive a tracking number for four days. Customer service was rude and the rep ****** refused to transfer me to a manager until I asked a ninth or tenth time. I was looking to expedite my order and even pay more because they hadn’t shipped it yet and suddenly during the call they had a shipping number when I asked if I should cancel. The company seems shady and I regret going directly through them to support their business. Reading through their complaints on here, it seems like many others are having trouble with returns or other issues and it’s not proper practice in this day and age. I’m worried that if the parts are wrong or if I have any customer service issue that I’m going to have a nightmare of getting it handled. There are several other retailers selling k&n filters and Amazon could have it delivered to me this afternoon. I’d of appreciated the chance to cancel due to their lack of sending it within four days instead of them rushing to put the order through when I was on hold and asked for a return. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days and the order hasn’t even left their warehouse yet.

      I purchase an Air Filter for my vehicle and received it on Aug.13,2022. The filter did not fit my vehicle. I called K & N to ask for a return authorization and a refund. I received a return authorization number *********95 and returned to filter on Aug.15,2022. I have a proof of delivery they received the filter on Aug.16, 2022. As of today, Sept. 20th,2022 I still haven't received a credit to my account. The amount is $162.36. I have called K & N and spoke to a customer service girl. I was told they only issue credits 4 - 6 weeks after receipt of the return. I told her it was already over 4 weeks and I would like to have my refund expedited. She said she told the accounting department but I did not sense the sincerity in her reply. This is poor customer service. I would like my refund.

      We will be happy to look into this and expedite the refund. However, to do that we need the tracking number that showed delivery as the provided file will not open.  Please provide the receipts for purchase and FedEx Tracking so that we may research the delay in the refund.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I sent a copy of the receipts and tracking information. I don’t believe them saying they don’t have them. I sent them to BBB in PDF format. Did BBB give them the copies?  I spoke to them twice and they never asked for that information and that the information is holding up my refund. I also would like to mention that their products do not have item or serial numbers on them. This company is truly the worse I have encountered.
