The company was called for service of my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. -****** came out on 9/10/21 to assess and advised us we needed it replaced. -****** came on 10/1/21 and installed a new ice maker and told us it was under warranty. -We called back to notify we were having the same issue and was scheduled for a tech to come out on 10/29/21, however no one ever showed up. We waited all day at home. When we called the company on 10/29/21 approximately 3:30p, we were told the tech tried calling us to let us know he was on his way but there was no answer. -We received a call from the tech ****** on 10/29/21 approximately 5p and he stated he wasn't able to reach us. He asked that I text him my cell phone number and my husband's cell phone number, which I did at 5:11pm on 10/29/21. He said he would order a new ice maker and have the office call us to schedule a time to come back to install. -We still never heard back. We called the office number on 12/2/21, and was told by "*****" that she would contact the tech and call us back. She called back and advised us that the part was delayed but assured us that it would still be covered under the warranty. -I sent a text message to the tech ****** on 12/7/21 to check on the status of the placement ice maker and received no response. -Both my husband and I have made attempts to contact the office just to be told they would check into it and call us back. -My husband spoke to ***** on 2/8/22 to again check on the status and he was told that she would call him back. She never did. -My husband called again on 2/9/22 and left a voice message with his call back number. No one has returned his call. I tried calling both numbers listed on our receipt (************ and ************) and it seems like someone is picking up the phone and then hanging up. I could not reach a live person. We paid for a new ice make that did not last a month and now the company will not return our calls to honor the warranty or refund us
