I ordered a "Team Subie Reverse Cut Banner" from **********.com on January 31, 2022 in the amount of $42.49. It has been close to 90 days and I still I have not received my item. I reached out via email (**********@*****.com) on February 20, 2022 to follow up on the status of my order but I never received a reply. I decided to file a complaint after posting a comment to one of their Instagram pictures yesterday and that picture has since been deleted. I have sent another email earlier today stating that I will be taking legal action for their lack of communication and failing to deliver the item I paid for. I do not believe Subie Socal Shop should be operating a business that steals people's money, and I have also read other reviews on their facebook page of other customers complaining of items being undelivered and never hearing back from them either.Business response

Customer has been refunded. We had delays on all our films that's why we couldn't process the order on time.Customer response
