    Due to a car accident that wasn't my fault, I had to get a car rental while my car was being fixed at the shop. August 15th, 2023 was when I went to pick up the first rental at Enterprise which was a Jeep Cherokee 2021. It was the only vehicle available at the time, which I had mentioned to the employee there, Courtney, that I would be driving it for a couple of days then I'll switch it out. I never gave her a set date when I would be returning it. The week after, August 21st, I get a call from her stating when I would be returning the vehicle back. I told her I was actually in the process of getting it switched out that same day she called. She then proceeds to say, "I had you down to return the vehicle August 18th" I did not receive a reminder call on that date to go turn in the vehicle. They're open Saturdays as well, but again, no reminder call. I go that Monday she called to their location instead to switch out the car because they had a smaller vehicle available. I clarified with her twice in person how I didn't receive a reminder call to turn in the Jeep and if I'll be getting my security deposit back in full. She confirmed that I would. I was able to get a smaller vehicle that day and specifically told another worker that I would be returning that vehicle August 28th. August 24th I receive a call from Enterprise stating if I'm going to turn in the car which left me confused because it was the same worker who gave me the smaller vehicle. I clarified with him that I said I would turn it in on the 28th. He apologized for the inconvenience and notified me that he would update the system. August 25th I'm checking my bank account and see 2 transactions from Enterprise with a pretty big amount. I immediately called to ask why I was being charged that amount. They explained over the phone that due to turning in the Jeep late, they're charging me a late fee and on top of that an extension fee for the smaller vehicle I switched out. I told them I was never told that I would be getting charged a late fee for the Jeep and the worker who called me on August 24th did not mention that to me whatsoever. As I also explained that I was never given a reminder call as well and found it unfair to be getting charged a big amount. All they said was that it wasn't okay that I didn't receive a reminder call, but on their end they won't be giving me a refund. I would like to receive a refund as there were too many confusion and miscommunication on their end.
