I received an e gift card on Oct. 8 to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I didn't attempt to use it immediately because the product I wanted was out of stock for an online purchase. About mid-October the product was back in stock, so I selected my items for purchase. In order to use a gift card with the company, one must first upload their gift card to their account and then the transaction can be processed. I have been unable to upload the gift card since mid-October. It is now November 5, 2023. I have tried calling the company. I am unable to speak to a human. I have sent 4-5 emails per their contact guidelines. Each time, I receive an automated message ensuring me a representative will contact me. No one has contacted me. I am extremely frustrated. Attached is a copy of a response I received 10 days ago.
