      On July 18, 2024 the President of Big State Industrial Supply spoofed our office number to call an ex employee. This gentleman has repeatedly called our office and when told the employee no longer works here, he still calls. Spoofing our own office number to get a response is not an acceptable way to do business.

      i HAVE FORWARDED THIS TO MY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. THEY WILL BE REACHING OUT. THE PRESIDENT OF BIG STATE DOES NOT MAKE ANY CALLS TO CUSTMERS SO THERE HAS BEEN SOME CONFUSION THERE AND WE DO NOT CONDONE SPOOFING OF ANY KIND. IF COMPLAINTENT CAN PLEASE SPEAK WITH MY CUSTMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WE CAN GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND FIX COMPLAINT.

      You'll find another complaint I had made last year around August. At that time a person who called himself, most often, *************** called non stop with vulgar speech to Mt husband and myself. He would call my husband's cell. Today he started calling my company phone with an Anonymous number. He called himself **** and said he was again with *******. This needs to stop now. I don't know how a company operates continuously in this manner but my phone numbers need to come off of any contact lists you may have. I will file harassment complaints against the company and it's representatives. I'm done. There are laws to protect persons against phone harassment. I'm not sure anyone has followed through with those towards you but if this continues, I will. I'm giving you a chance to stop. I want no further contact from you or any future, past or current representative of Big State.

      Received a nasty sales call from a salesperson that I have repeatedly told that I did not want to do business with his company. Please ask them to remove my company from their call list.

      I have turned this over to my customer service department to do  a Do Not Call in our system. The salesmen do not work out of this office and are independent  but I will have customer service add customer to our Do Not call list and will let the ************ that Mr ***** has worked with since 2020 Know so they can also put him in their system.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN OWNERS OF ************ AND RATED BY THE BBB SINCE 2017. AND I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM BEFORE AND A FEMALE CALLED MY HUSBAND AND JOKING AROUND STARTING FLIRTING WITH MY HUSBAND AND PROCEEDED TO INTRODUCE HERSELF AS THE ***** REP FOR BIG STAYE INDUSTRIAL. MY HUSBAND WAS CLEAR AND SAID HE WAS NOT INTERSTED AND SHE WOULD NOT LET UP. THIS IS A ***** TACTIC IVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. PLEASE TELL THE FEMALES AT BSI THAT SOUNDED SADLY DESPERATE DOESNT HELP GAIN CUSTOMERS BUT YOU LOSE THEM THAT WAY. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM BSI AGAIN.. MAYBE A RESTRAINING ORDER IS IN ORDER AS WELL.

      I first want to apologize. The sales offices are independently owned and operated. They do not work directly for Big State. That being said, we do not condone the type of behavior that you stated in your complaint. I have looked at the notes that are on the account and it shows that you did speak with my customer service. We have put you on a do not call list on our end. My customer service department has also reached out to the sales office that you have dealt with in the past. to let them also know of your wishes. Please know that we will do our best to honor your request, but like i said the sales-staff are independent and any future calls would be a of a random nature and my customer service department manager would be reaching out to you to make sure that you had indeed placed an order. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention as we strive to offer the best customer service in our business.       In response to your request, we will mark you do not call and notify any marketing distributors that you do not wish to receive any sales calls. If you would like to be added at a future date, please feel free to contact myself or the customer service department to be added at a later date. As to the complaint regarding the credit cards, Big State Industrial Supply, *** complies with all regulatory requirements.

      They called offering an elaborate tool set. Compared quality and like to snap-on. I looked in the box saw it was lacking taped boxs back up. Then called they agreed to take items back if I pay return. I feel that is punishing me for their misrepresent of the items.

      We receive multiple calls per day from a salesman who tells us his name is *** *****. He calls from different numbers and area codes, screams, uses foul language and racial slurs. He claims to be the owner of the company. Will not take no for an answer, will not take us off of his call list. I've never witnessesd such sick business practices in my life. Will be looking to see what action can be taken. A company and it's employees cannot harass and speak to anyone in such manner. I will have highlighted call reports.

      Hi my name is ******* I am the office manager. I show that Mr. ******** was a previous customer  in great standing. I am not sure who is calling him as we have not done business since August of 2022. I show that the salesman he was working with at that time was *** Ryan. The salesman are independent and do not work directly for Big State Industrial Supply, Inc. I am at this time going to have our customer service manager reach out to Mr. ******** as the aforementioned behavior will not be tolerated or condoned by Big State Industrial Supply, Inc.       The name is *** Ryan. I believe my autocorrect changed that.  I want all contact ceased from your salesmen. That man has harassed me for so long it's just unimaginable business practice.  There are laws against this and I will be pursuing further action if it continues.

      We continue to receive harassing phone calls from Big State Industrial Supply. They ask us to place an order and when we tell them we are not interested or don't need anything they proceed to try and strong arm us by saying they need to feed their children etc. The employees which are contacting us are now using fowl language, yelling and calling from multiple phone numbers. We have tried contacting Big State Industrial Supply to ask them to take us off the calling list but they proceeded to hand up on us and when we called back we were told we would have to put it in writing and mail the request to the company; which is ridiculous.

      We asked Big State Industrial to stop calling our office. They stated that it must be in writing. We wrote a cease and desist letter again asking that they stop calling our office. Last week someone called again to "verify the information" in the letter - which I found odd being as we asked them NOT to call us again. Today we get a call from them again demanding to talk to the owner of the company and claiming they are our "tool guy". Caller ID said it was Global Tool LLC however JJ said he was with Big State Industrial and called from ###-###-####. When I tell them that we asked them not to call in writing JJ stated that was not true, questioned my authority and became a bit confrontational. Finally someone else intervened on the line and stated they just received our letter five minutes ago which was false.

The salesman JJ Does not work for Big State. He is an independent sales rep for Global Tool LLC. . It looks like you spoke with our customer service department and we are in fact in receipt of your letter. We have put you as a Do Not Call in our system. We are in correspondence with his boss at Global and have requested that they do the same. I apologize if there was any lag time with this and hope that I have fixed the problem.       I received a call from a salesman at this company he sold me some gloves. I gave him my billing address and my shipping address. After two weeks I received an invoice but no merchandise I called to ask where my merchandise was and the guy said I needed to file a claim with the claims department he couldn’t help me very rude. A week later the claims department (******) called me and was very rude and told me she was behind and she had to speak with her boss about it. Another week goes by and she calls me and asks if anything has changed? Still I did not receive the merchandise because they have the wrong shipping address. A week later I call them again and she tells me there is nothing they can do accept send me out a prepaid order so now they want me to pay twice as much for half the merchandise
