If I could give zero stars, I would. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled with this place. I hired them to finalize and mail some documents out, and over 1 year later they have scammed me out of $500 and did not do one thing to help me. I can’t believe this place is still in business especially after reading other reviews and peoples experiences and these scammers. You should be ashamed of yourselves, promising to help a paying customer and then stealing their money and basically pretending not to know them. Beware of this company. They blocked my phone number so I cannot call anymore to ask them to please give me my money back and I am now receiving private messages from them threatening me and my life if I don’t take my reviews down about my horrible experience with them and will be contacting my attorney to handle that. I’ve also been receiving phone calls from private numbers telling me I better take my reviews down, pretending to be CEO’s of the company. At this point now they are harassing me all because I have spoken the truth about them. Please, I urge you to find another company besides this one. They will be caught sooner than later.

Mr. **** ****, It seems like you had law offices handling your case and had your divorce documents done elsewhere, and came to us only for the divorce final judgement. Our company does not prepare documents for contested divorce services or situations that entail Department of Child Support Services involvement, allegations of domestic violence, restraining order, or any other contested matters. Had you informed us of the contested nature of your divorce situation and complications when you signed up, we would not have accepted your order since we do not prepare documents for contested issues and recommend for customers to seek the help of a specialized attorney. As you are aware, our company is not a law office and only prepares documents based on the information and instructions you provide. Our company prepared your final judgement documents based on the information you provided, which you then reviewed, approved and signed before being sent to court for filing in your case (**** **** V. **** ****). There was a court rejection because some of the information you provided was incorrect and/or incomplete and given issues you had in your case before you signed up for our service. We offered to redo the documents if you were to correct the incorrect information you had provided to us and refile for you as a courtesy. However, you insisted on getting a full refund even though the work was done correctly and the documents were given to you for court filing. The company attempted to resolve the issue with you, but you kept calling our different offices, being distrustful, demanding a full refund, even though the service had been rendered, and threatening to damage the company’s reputation if your demands were not met, which we view as highly inappropriate, and your repeated calls and tone are viewed by the company as harassment. Your statements are untrue and defamatory. Also, no one called you, no one direct messaged you, and our offices have not been calling you from a private number or any other number as you inaccurately claim. Sincerely, Stacy
