      I had met *************************, representing Fresh Jive Entertainment, at a Quinceanera Expo that VIP Ballroom in *******. He was representing his company's services of photography, video, DJ and photo booth for events. I was looking from someone to provide all those services for my daughter's 15th birthday on June 2023. My husband and I met with him on 1/23/23 and signed a contract for him to provide services for photography, video, DJ and photo booth. Included in the package as a promo provided at the expo for a pre-party photoshoot and 20x30 print of that shoot. Totaling $5600 for all services. The pre-party shoot took place in May 2023. The party was on June 17, 2023. It has been almost 9 months and we have not received all of the items that we were supposed to get with the Platinum Package that we paid for. Also, the day of the event, his contracted photo booth person was extremely unprofessional, yelled at our guests, including children and provided terrible service. After the event, I talked to ************** about my displeasure and complete horror at how this vendor of his had ruined the photo booth experience. ************** said that he would resolve the issue by giving me a $500 credit for future services with his company and by providing me with all the prints from the photo booth the day of the party, since we had not received all the prints. When I have reached out to ************** for a timeframe of when we can expect for the outstanding items to be provided, he just states that he has been busy, they're backed up, then he will be unresponsive for months again. When I reach out again, he just states the same. I explained that I do not want to be credited the $500 for services that he clearly cannot deliver on. He will not work with us to make this right.

      *** recently reached out to ****** via email to let her know that we will be reimbursing her the $500 dollars instead of the credit for the Photo Booth experience. Ive also already sent out most of the listed items from the package she purchased. The remaining items owed are being processed and prepped for shipment . The pre shot that she recieved complimentary along with the complimentary 20x30 print along with the $500 discounted already from initial time of purchase of the package from a promotion we ran, was done in a adequate time prior to the event. As stated we are going to go ahead refund the $500 via zelle or venmo within now a 60 day period. The remaining items owed also will be sent to complete what is owed and listed from our package. We're working diligently to resolve this issue.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The complimentary items that the Manny references were not in dispute nor were they made as some sort compensatory effort on his part. The promotion that I received was an incentive for signing up for his services at an event. Those were not made an effort to remedy this situation. I will not find this matter resolved until the $500 has been refunded and ALL of the items that are outstanding have been received by me. Thank you!
