I attempted to make a purchase using the *********** app. After completing my transaction I received an error message saying the transaction failed but my card was immediately charged. I contacted the store to ask about my order and they said no orders came through from me . I went to the drive thru and end up ordering the same items. I was told the pending charge would be released but it was not. And the store still says there's no proof of purchase.Business response

Ive contacted their office , I was told their bank records would be reviewed to confirm there was a matching transaction. I was also told I needed to know the items I ordered which I do remember. Since I ended ordering twice. Once through the app. And ultimately again through the drive thru.
I also contacted the *********** corporate office which they informed me they had contacted this location twice regarding this issue. Which the office rep denied ever receiving . The contact info *********** corporate has from is my phone number

The *********** corporate rep also confirmed that there have been technical malfunctions with transaction via their app
