I purchased a Catalina Demo Flight from NextGen on May 22nd, 2023, for $295 and received no response nor service. I contacted NextGen several times through the website, email, etc, and nothing was done. Then when I went to the website where the Demo flight was listed it “suddenly” stopped working. I filed a claim with my bank on June 3rd, 2023, but I want my money back. Where is my money. I want my refund, this is theft.Business response

Good afternoon. This is the first correspondence we have seen from this individual. I have gone over past phone records and voice messages to the date of purchase the customer mentions and can not find any correspondence. The name provided is not the name attached to the purchase either. I would be more than happy to help the person filing the complaint and get them scheduled for the service that was purchase. We would require proof due to the name being different than the complaint mentions.
