I sold my vehicle to lkq pick a part on 12/02/23 and they wrote me a check of $540. On 12/18/23 I mobile deposited the check into my **** which is PNC **** and on 12/20/23 my **** informed me that the check got returned unpaid/ refer to maker of check, so I called lkq pick a part to inform them of this check they wrote out to me returned back unpaid, so what's the reason for this? I spoke with ***** and she said she will speak to their accounting department to see if they can rewrite me another check, days go by and I call in to inquire about the status of the check and they inform me that the check I have was cashed twice by 2 other ****s which was Citi**** and **** of America which resulted in one of those ****s cashing the check. I told them that's impossible because I only have cashed that check once and once only into my **** PNC I don't have any accounts with the ****s your saying the check got cashed into, I had just cashed that check once into my ****, I don't know what your telling me about the other ****s but lkq pick a part didn't want to write out another check now because of this problem they caused because I told them who or what was the endorsement on the check that they are saying got cashed because I wrote and endorsed the check once and deposited it into my **** so how did the check get all of sudden cashed when it's in my possession? And I'm cashing it for the very first time? I told them your writing me a bad check and that's fraud and I will be reporting it because I sold my vehicle and you want to give me a bad check.
