bought an AC unit and paid more than other places because it was promised the system would be covered and warranty more than any other company. The system always had issues since day one, they just created bandages and this year the system just gave up and cause damages to my home. They promised to replace the system, fix the damage and give compensation. after months of communication and waiting they are now refusing to talk to me or keep their word and warranty , meanwhile in this dangerous heat I am dealing with home damage, AC not working well, spending more money, and the stress has affected my health and my living conditions is unbearable. DO NOT make business with this company they are too expensive and they are not trustworthy.

We ordered 10 windows and doors from California Showcase Construction, and we waited 70 days or so to have the windows and doors made. When installation day came, the project manager they sent (Eric) to the site with 4 crew members, started off rude and gruff. He told my spouse "someone needs to move these cars". Then he told me "If anyone is going to need to leave today they need to move these cars because this truck is not easy to move". Then later he entered our home without a face mask. When I asked him to wear a face mask, he argued, "Why does someone have COVID?" Then when I stated that the law requires any business with more than 10 people working for it either disclose their vaccination status or wear makes inside, he said "there is no law". I argued and stated I was a safety professional and I am very familiar with the rules and laws because I write the policies. Then he walked away and stated he was mad and had to walk away. After some other gruff words, he called his crew to clean up and leave. I would have been okay with all of this had the company sent another crew out, but instead, the company told me, and I quote......."Because there are conflicting stories, the only way we will be able to send another crew out there today is if you can provide some video of our employee being rude". END QUOTE. I am extremely offended by being asked to provide proof of my negative interaction with their exceptionally rude project manager, and now do not wish to do business with this company. As of this moment, they have not called me back, and this did happen on a Friday, however, I was off work, I closed my business, and I moved all my furniture, and they took wall treatments off my walls and then just left. Leaving me to search for other companies and feeling violated, so I do not feel I should be made to open my home to this company anymore, and I do not know this yet, but I expect it to be a fight. Maybe I will be pleasantly surprised, and if I am, I will update the review.

Great experience with them! High quality products and workmanship at a fair price. I was given everything I was promised and couldn't be happier.
