Don't waste your time, energy and money. Go find someone else. This is my experience with them. I hired them to conduct perc test and septic system design in May 2018. They didn’t show up for perc test at our agreed upon time. Then they dug four holes at the wrong locations; two were approximately 180 feet from the desired septic leaching field, and the other two were approximately 50 feet off the location. Apparently, they did bother to read the site plan I sent to them prior to the test date. Secondly, they promised to give me septic design in four to five weeks. I made numerous phone calls to the office after four weeks to ask why the septic design had not been delivered. They gave me all kinds of excuses and promised the deliverable in one week. Ten weeks later, they said I would have to pay the full invoice before they could release the perc test report and septic design to me. A week later, their receptionist told me "I have good news for you. Your report will be ready for pickup tomorrow morning.” But then, the next day around 7 AM, I received a phone call from Brian asking for the number of bedrooms and floor plans. Obviously, he was just starting to design my septic system on the morning he was supposed to deliver it. That afternoon, the president of AM/PAC, Mr. David B********, sent me an email to "deliver" the septic design. It was a total MICKEY MOUSE job. First, the leaching field was not where I want to put as I have told them before. Second, the leaching field size and pipe length were based on the worst perc test rate some 180 feet away from where it should be. Third, the septic tank location would mandate septic pumping truck to park right in front of my house front door. Can you image how bad that would be? The worst experience came after I finally spoke to Mr. David B******** on phone about relocating the leaching field from the front yard to the back yard. He said "At this point, I can't do anything about it" and hang up. I have since given up dealing with this very UNPROFESSIONAL company and had contracted another septic engineering firm to re-design my septic system from scratch.
