      On June 9th, I got my hair done with this business. At first the hair was completely unmatched from my hair. On Saturday , I texted her & let her know I did not like it and wanted to see what i can do. I went in on ************ was going fix it & when i went in she added single strands on top of my head to make it look better & just made it worse. I let her know then & there that it still was not matching my ********** said i need to wash my hair so it can blend better. Also, not to mention if youre getting hair extensions its not to cut your hair more & she cut my hair instead of the extensions to blend them in From June 9th, the hair extensions were super tight on my head , I had a bad headache for days. The hair was done so wrong that i couldnt even put my finger to scratch my scalp. I then started to develop tension bumps & went elsewhere to fix it. I texted her & told her i wanted a ************ said she was going look into it & never texted me back from there. I offered to even give her the hair that i had on for only 3 days. Also, the hair was the worse quality. I would run my fingers thru the ************* of hair would fall off that she claimed was normal. I have texted her various time & never get a response. I have showed up to her ************ doesnt open the door after I hear her inside the office. I have tried to do a claim with my bank & havent been able to go thru them neither.

      I went in for human hair extensions and she put in synthetic hair extensions and the placement was really bad

      May 5, 2023 at noon appointment to install human hair extensions. May 2, 2023 Zelle $100 advised $425 due day of installation, by cash. Total paid $525 for human hair. Followed all after care instructions. May 18, 2023 advised ******* ******** installer hair was tangled web of a ball. Stringy ‘ frizzed, notts, Synthetic hair is what I received I have repeatedly asked for a refund. While I was at appointment her assistant came and left at ******* request to pick up food and alcohol beverages. Stated as soon as my service was done they would binge with cocaine, since I did not accept their offer to do alcohol beverages nor cocaine with them. So unprofessional unethical behavior. I have pictures of the horrible mess my hair was in. Please post so no others will be victimized. Pure fraud in what your promised.

      On December 30,2022 I decided to trust ******* ******** who seem to know and have knowledge applying hair extensions which is not the case anymore, I went in thinking I was going to love my hair since I wanted to do something for myself due to just having a baby. When I arrived ******* was bleaching the extensions which did not match the blonde I had in my hair. While I was sitting in the chair ****** was consuming alcohol and smoking wax with the lash technician that she has in the same room as her which ******* does not have the proper license or permit to provide alcohol, ******* was also being unprofessional by telling me she has several sexual encounters in her business in the chair we sit to have out hair done which is very un sanitary, I did let ******* know I wasn’t satisfied with my hair. The next day I messaged her and explained to her that my head was really sore from the hair and she automatically got offended saying I can go back in to get the removed I let her know that I just wanted her to fix the issue which she said it will go away in a few days I said okay then my hair begin to burn when I was curling it which I let her know as well and finally my extensions fell out she stated she will refund me my money in the amount of $400 but then she completely blocked me from all her social media did not respond to my messages at all, I wish I would have read her reviews on Yelp because I would have saved myself from this mess my head it still sore and alot of my hair is has fallen out and I now have pieces of hair that are cut from the extensions. I don’t think it ok for a business owner to act this way, ******* is not licensed to do hair and her llc is for teaching which she shouldn’t be doing, all I ask is for her to return my money As she stayed, her husband is not stalking me on Yelp and called my sister names including racially profiling her by calling her ******* because her name is Iesha. She received $200 cash and $200 in card

      ******* ******** agreed to provide weft extensions and layers and length 14 inches. On the day of the service, she left the job with her assistant who gave a different type of cheaper extensions and didn’t not cut or layer it as she agreed to do so. She agreed to a partial refund of $200. But only gave $100. And blocked me on every way to contact her.
