IN 2019 i took my non- suicidal son in to Canyon crest mental health where the clinician 55/85 my son he took the 99% test vs. my the parent 66% assessment and he kept my son in the **** in Magnolia ave in Riverside where they do not specialize in children's psychiatric unit. Where he or they just exposed my son to adult situations that are a concern at this point. I am requesting that the Mental health department make an accommodation based on the harm and ineffective and inefficient mental health methods. They ****, the level of unprofessionalism and the incompetent staff keeping an 11 yr. old sequestered at the **** In Magnolia with no parental supervision to keep them on check. They pushed me put my son still has trauma from, being left in the E.R for two days. Kaiser do for two days and nights. When Kaiser does not have a children's physic ****/unit. They abused their power and I am still dealing with the consequences. They abused their power and denied my family and myself **** was not an acceptable place for an 11y old. *************** who has a children's psychiatric division sent him home after eight hours(non suicidal). Currently I need a referral for services but I do not trust KP incompetent staff my son is actually going through a lot this time. I need this matter resolved without him going in to see your BH incompetent staff.. I am requesting an accommodation based on there incompetent staff to have his PCP who is very efficient in assist in getting him the referral he needs to get into the outpatient *************** program. I will file criminal charges is that is the only way my son the services he desperately needs. Kaiser They need their licenses revoked instead f helping families they create more long term problems. I just need a referral for an outpatient program, but I refuse to take my son and be seen by their incompetent (Kaiser) staff *************** found him non-suicidal which is what I had said from the begging. Released him after being there only 8 hrs. I need a referral to *************** outpatient program ,but My son will not be going to Kaiser MH they are incompetent.Business response

I asked many times to remove charges of services that as not done on 9/12/2022 Please send me imagies of the ultrasound as I said many times and I don't understand this still being billed , the vaginal ultrasound was not done, so please either do the ultrasound or remove charges bill # *********724 the total of the bill is $510 but it should be $225 (I sent the payment of $225 on 12/05/2022) line not done that is being billed 76830 and 76830, only the ultrasound of abdomen as done, so I am asking for help to be fair and remove charges of services that was not done or do the ultrasound Bill and result attached I did not receive any of the imagies and I would like them thanks The facility is located in Wildomar and the Dr or Nurse name on results is ******** ********Business response
