8-8-2023 I made reservations at ***** ******** ** ** ********* ** Riverside Inn & Suites. As I enter the room the room in itself was just nasty. Holes in the wall, baseboard were dirty curtains had holes, there were no towels. I pulled back the sheets and I saw a lump of hair, the mattress was too nasty to sleep on. I went into the bathroom and the curtains and rod fall. Behind the door i found a pair of women's bloody panties the vent fan in the restroom has no covering. After about 20 minutes I went and told the manager to come view the room. I showed him what found and he said he will have some fix the problem. I told him to just return my money I pain for two day. He refused to, in told him my wife and I will not one night in that room. He said he will give me only half of my money back. I told him I was there for only 20 minutes. He was trying to hold me hostage by not returning my full amount of $185.00. I noticed he has drug people working and cleaning i not this because i saw a worker doing drugs on the side of the building as he swept the parking lot. The manager kept half of my money and we didn't even stay onsite. I booked a room at the Roadway Inn that night. I want this place to be investigated for health code violations and unfair business acts.
