The jeweler had my ring for over two years stating because of Covid he couldnt find the exact size baguette to put into my wedding ring Ive checked on it many times the last time I went back to check on it. He has close shop and has taken my ring. I did not get a phone call to pick it up.He originally fixed my ring to years ago, but the baguettes fell out and he was supposed to replace the baguettes free of charge I just want my ring backInitial Complaint

Around October 1st, I dropped off with owner at shop that was then located on ******** Ave. in Riverside, a pair of diamond stud earrings that were my wedding earrings from 22 years ago, and a gold double heart with diamonds promise ring that is even older, with tremendous sentimental value, and the owner did tell me that he was moving out of the shop and would be finishing all his orders from his home in Corona. I have yet to get a call from him to return my jewelry and when I call his number, there is no answer and it the voicemail box is full! I just want my items back and need help finding him or a valid phone number for him.
