      A couple of days before 11/10, I contacted Ultimate Limousine through their yelp page, please see attachment. I inquired about a 10 passenger limo for a birthday party. I was told that was not a problem and quoted $495 for everything. On 11/10 I called Ultimate Limousine and spoke with ***** again. I asked if she could do any better on the price and she said she could do $460, their corporate rate. I confirmed again that this would be with the 10 passenger limo and she said yes. On the date of the party, on 11/18, Ultimate Limousine sent an 8 passenger ******** ********* I contracted for a luxury limo and instead received a utility van that looked like an Amazon van rolling down the street. We had to lift an elderly passenger into the van instead of just having her sit in the limo normally. The vehicle had a horrible screechy feedback from the speaker that the driver could not/would not fix. The suspension was horrific and my guests were bouncing all over the place. This was not the experience I contracted for, paid for, or expected and for that reason deserve to be refunded.       We did the services, we arrived on time, we upgraded her to a nicer vehicle than what she ordered, she was upgraded to a ******** but she was not happy with the upgrade.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      The Sprinter was not an upgrade.  I contracted for, paid for, and wanted a 10 Passenger limo.  I received an 8 passenger utility vehicle with lights and bucket seats.  When I spoke to **** about it, he offered no resolution.  Later, my attorney spoke with the owner, *********  And then I spoke with the owner, *********  Both he and **** seemed personally offended that his "upgrade" was completely unacceptable.  

      Neither **** nor **** understand that people expect to receive what they paid for and what was confirmed.  When they contract for a 10 passenger limo, they do not want an 8 passenger utility vehicle.  Had I known I would be given this sub-par vehicle and experience, I never ever would have contracted with Ultimate Limousines in the first place.  I figured I was safe because they have a Satisfaction Guarantee on their Yelp page.  That's also a lie.

      Arrived on time, consumer agreed to the terms and conditions, signed the docs, and used the service. We will not be issuing a refund b/c the consumer agreed to terms and conditions. The consumer could have selected to not use our service then we would have issued her a refund.

      The limousine air conditioner was not working. About 7 minors and 3 adults suffered from dehydration. Her party was ruined one child went home. Spoke to the owner ***************** up the phone refuses to return my call back. He doesn't have records of the driver or the limousine that was sent over.

      I called Ultimate Limousine to schedule a ride to the airport for 12/09 at 7am. The reservation was made on 11/27/2021. On 12/08/2021, they contacted me to charge my credit card for the full amount of $295, at 11am. At 6:30pm on 12/08, they called to let me know they could not provide us transportation. The owner threatened legal action if I left a negative review for this. I called to check on the status of my refund of $295 on 12/28 at 5:05pm. I got to speak with Andy again, who let me know that I would not get a refund until I took down my negative review. Can you please help me get my money back that this company stole from me?
