July 1, 2023 Walked in to UPS store to return **** cable boxes and other wires. I gave the girl my paperwork she scanned my paper and items. Asked her if I needed anything she said no I can track it with my account number on my paper. I received my bill Im getting charged with late fees and for equipment. I spoke to **** they said that I need a tracking number. I told them when I went to UPS. The girl did not give me a tracking number. I was told I did not need one. They told me I need to contact UPS I contacted UPS on August 29 spoke to manager *****, she said she would investigate the situation and give me a call back. She called me back and asked me if I remembered what the girl look like. I told her yes she was a young ***** ******** with black hair thats all I could remember she said, OK I will call you back. I never got a call back. I called August 30 around **** in the afternoon and spoke to *****. She said theres nothing really she can do she talk to the associate that help me she recalled the situation and her name was ******. ****** said she remembered that day and the printer wasnt working but wrote it on my paper, which didnt happen. I asked her what did I need to do next because Im getting charge late fees. They are unable to give me a tracking number. She said I can give it another week that they just sent out a bunch of boxes for **** but I told her I went to your business on July 1, it shouldve been already sent out. They cant help me, Im getting changed late fees and equipment fees for something that I returned. I called corporate spoke to **** he was very nice, he said he will try and help. But most likely not much because I wasnt given a receipt.
