Received certified Mail stating the certain amount due if paid by a certain day would ***** me full access to both of my units and their not honoring what was stated in the letter. They said there computer generated letters.Business response

Good morning, ******Thank you for taking my call today. Like I stated on our conversation, this customer did receive a notice that she was past due and owed X amount of dollars in order to bring her account current. Unfortunately, ******* came in to make a payment after a new billing cycle had accrued, resulting in a higher amount being owed. In the interest of protecting our customers privacy, I cannot disclose the exact notice ******* would have received, as it would contain personal information, but I have attached a generic notice that is sent to customers who become past due for your reference. As you can see, we clearly state in our notice that the price listed on the letter can and will increase based on their rental agreement, which is to say that a new month of rent will accrue on the 1st of each month.Please let me know if you have any questions.Thanks,***********************
