April 29 2023 at 12 noon i went to this business to have my lashes done and they are very unprofessional and very rude.The lady who was doing my lashes told me to lay down so that way she could start the process of putting the tape under my eyes and getting the materials ready.Once she started doing that she all of a sudden got up and walked away and went to go talk amounst people that were in the building instead of being professional. She Started the right eye but had both eyes closed and got up and walked away and she came back and said had to go to the bathroom and i said i had to go to the restroom too but i was going to hold it but she decided to be rude but told me the restroom is down stairs and turns out she left to do a clients waxing while she just had me laying there and she came back with in ten minutes and the lashes started falling off already and she started talking about channeling and i didn't like how she was treating me and telling me stuff that should never come out of a professionals mouth and i let her know im a paying customer and she just told me its ok i still need to tell you this stuff anyways and it was only going to be a hour and a half instead ending up turning into 3 or 4 hours later and didnt leave the place until 4pm i need this solved cause in the end i ended up having to go do my eyelashes somewhere else and paying more when they shouldve been done the first time
