Horrible service she burnt my finger and I kept telling her that it hurt really bad to help me and she would ignore me and never apologize or cleaned up what she had done for mixing her products the wrong way that caused me to have a reaction to it. She cut me as well and didnt even bother to sensitize anythingBusiness response

Hello ***********************, this is the manager from Luxury Nail & Spa. We wish you well and had hoped that you would have spoken to someone other than your technician. We are refunding you the amount of $86.00 per the Better Business Bureau. I will be calling my Bank to refund via electrically. This may take up to 7 to 10 Business days.
