I went into **** brothers this pass weekend for only an oil change which was said will take 3 hours based off the amount of cars they had to work on that day, which was ok with me. After the work was done on the vehicle I went to pay for the service. I noticed that instead of paying for the oil change the only reason I was there I end up paying far more. Once the gentleman came to the vehicle I advised him I was there only for an oil change thats it. No price was quoted to me as stated on the invoice given to me at the end of the work. I have had work done here before so I had to reason to think that the staff was trying to deceive me. I asked did the price for an oil change go up thats when the person I was dealing with said they did other things to the vehicle without my knowledge or consent. Tire rotation, adjust parking break , check and do whatever they did to my break pads which are now squeaking which they did not prior to going into this establishment. The sticker thats also put on the window to remind you when to retire for your next oil change was not there when asked it was told to me that it had a lifetime warranty. Once I arrived home to get the pass invoice from the same location I noticed they also charged me for more quartz of oil then before. How can the oil consumption change when its the same car the same procedure is being done. I called Saturday was advised no one was available and they will get back to me soon. No one I called this morning 10/30/23 and asked to speak to a service supervisor. I was transferred and disconnected or hung up on either way I have yet to discuss my concerns. I called again actually got a hold of someone and this young lady said that there were no manager available they dont come in on Monday. Still havent spoken to someone. Double check and be very clear and specific on what you want done to your vehicle which I did yet they took it upon themselves to do work that was not requested

Huge shoutout to *******, ****, *******, ***, and ******. They helped my daughter buy her first car at 18. They were all extremely attentive and catered to us all day from 2pm to almost midnight. They all know the perfect amount about their job and provide the service you need. Their patience is unmatched, I love to bargain and was not planning on purchasing same day. Although, the service was so good that we drove it home that same day!

Horrible dealership I too got scammed into that lojack was already installed didn't realize they add on charges for it.Its been 3 months and lojack still doesn't work. I went over there numerous times to complain and got the run around even emailed the salesman Jesus C. Still no answer. I would never recommend this dealership or its employees.

Bait and Switch tactics. I inquired about a vehicle with moss brothers Toyota and when asked if I could purchase it for the advertised price was informed that I could only purchase it with $3000 of additional dealer ads which I had no option of declining. When I told them that I wasn't interested in the vehicle at the inflated price they then proceed to offer me other vehicles. This company has unethical business practices and should be avoided.

Do not go to Moss Bros Moreno Valley. We had a horrible experience and would like to forewarn others. It’s like every car dealer to try and get the most money from you as possible, but this dealer went above and beyond that low bar! After signing all our paperwork and driving home with our new car, complete with Lojack that we did not want but were told we had to have since it was already on the car, we learn that this is illegal to do! Dealers cannot force you to pay for Lojack because they can turn it off…but we did not know this at the time, and we unwillingly paid for Lojack because we thought we had too. Very Illegal Then, a week or so after we had our new car, we get a call from the dealer saying that our loan was not accepted. We learned that this can sometimes happen, but what was not legal is the dealer trying to get us to sign NEW loan papers at a higher interested rate than our original loan! After going back into the dealership at their request, they continued to try and get us to sign new loan papers at a higher interest rate! After using the word “illegal” and saying that we would not be signing new loan papers, a manager came in to talk to us. The manager let us know that the dealer would handle the added financial burden that the loan had, and that everything would remain the same, and we went home thinking our loan was with the loan company we had originally signed with. But that is not what happened! Not only did the dealer not use the loan company that we signed with, but they sent us a new loan lender that we knew nothing about. ILLEGAL! Save yourself from dealing with this and go to another dealer. Just remember that you DO NOT need to pay for Lojack no matter what the dealer says. Using the word “illegal” will save you some hassle.

I think that this company has shady practices. Their nice until they get your hard earn money, then it's get lost from Moss Bros, Toyota. I asked a relative that used to work for this company, to help me since I was in the market to buy a car, and she assured me that she could help plus I paid her $160.00 to help me navigate away from the crooked salespeople, at this used car dealership. Only to find out, that this relative along with the Finance Manager; were the main swindlers, who I had put my complete trust in, and now I'm out of $9,700.00 Dollars as a Down Payment Plus my trade-in and still have a Monthly payment of $746.84.??. I'm paying new car prices on a used 2018 Chevy Tahoe LS, They up-sold me on Gap Protection/Portfolio SVCS. Limited and something called Express Systems, IN, All not necessary especially when you may have your own Insurance with full coverage. I was Finesse, paperwork pushed through quickly along with fast-talking explanations, now I'm out of a lot of money at least for me it is! with still a growing family to feed and I'm on Fixed Income/Disability.

I had problems with my car and I got a service advisor named don and let me tell you he is 10/10 best advisor there. I was having problems with figuring out the finance issues and how long the car was going to take to be there and when I got service advisor Don he completely changed everything and got me out and he even told me it won’t be less than a week and what do you know I’m back in a few days picking up my car recommend him to anyone

I purchased two hybrid cars from Martian at Moss Bros Toyota yesterday. He was excellent and worked really hard to make it happen. He even drove 45 minutes to pickup my trade in. It was the best experience I’ve had buying a car. If Your looking to buy ask for Martian at Moss Bros. Toyota. ??
