      After purchasing my vehicle from The Riverside Mazda Auto Dealership. *** had to return it multiple times for recalls and I still have the same problem. The car literally turns off while in driving motion, steering wheel also locks. My family almost died in this vehicle Twice! Ive only had this vehicle for 6 months and its literally a Death Trap! ***********************, the Service Manager told me that he would personally take my car home to try and find out what was wrong with my vehicle. **************** also told me that he was going to hook it up to a Computerto try and locate what the problem was. This was supposed to take place before Fathers Day weekend 2024. **************** ended up, not taking my car and left it on the lot near the entrance of the dealership and someone managed to wreck the front end of my brand new CX-90 while in their CARE. Three days later I had to contact **************** to find out what he may have discovered what the problem was with my vehicle. Monday afternoon I had to call ************* to finally get a hold of **************** thats when he told me the ************** **************** told me he didnt want to take my car because it was Fathers Day weekend and he had a lot of traveling to do. Adding more salt to my wound by not making me feel very valued or respected as a Mazda Customer. Long story short my vehicles problems still havent been resolved **************** never found out what was wrong with my vehicle. Were still trying to get a hold of him!! Beware of this car dealership if you leave your vehicle in their hands hopefully your vehicle wont be Wrecked, Stolen or otherwise, not to mention the car is still a Death Trap!! We were also issued a Mazda advocate.They never call you or value you as a Mazda customer. If I were to do this all over again I wouldve never laid foot on their lot and bought either a **************** or even a Hyundai as a consumer they go ABOVE and BEYOND! Please do not put your family in this car! Buyer Beware!!!

      They need to service the used vehicle better my wife bought a 2020 Honda pilot from Riverside Honda and 5/25/24 I took the vehicle to get service at *********** Honda for recall after the fix the problem they told me that I need service my throttle body,brake fluid transmission fluid and coolant service we just bought this vehicle 7 months ago what's up with that.

      I contacted Riverside Mazda after a very poor experience at Carnivaleway Mazda in Corona. And I can't even begin to express what amazing service we got from the minute I called and talked to ****, til she transfered me to **** and he delivered my new car. He truly went over and above to really make our car buying experience easy, quick and stress free. I don't have the best credit but **** worked with me (and my limitations being handicapped) and worked magic and got me into my very first brand, spanking new car! I'm in awe! I keep going out to the driverway to make sure i didn't imagine it. **** even delivered the car to my house himself and took the time to go over every inch of the car until I had no more questions. Absolutely incredible customer service and you've made a customer for life.Thanks ****!!

      My husband and I leased a truck a few years ago. Loved the truck and the experience. We went back to Riverside Nissan for a new lease on a new truck two months. We were told not to worry about the overage in miles because they would "cover it" as we were getting a new lease with them, not with another dealership/automaker. We took the new lease and drove away. Two weeks later we received a bill for $907 for overage in miles on the last lease. I called the dealership and left messages. No one called me back. I then received a notice and several phone calls from a collections agency. We ended up having to drive two hours in traffic back to the dealership to actually see a person. We spoke with the finance manager who remembered us (she didn't promise the overage write-off, a manager in "the booth" did) and promised she would do everything she could to help us. We spoke with her yesterday and she said her hands were tied and that she couldn't help us. Apparently corporate said "no," that they never cover overages and that the manager lied to us. The finance manager knew who the manager was and said she would speak with him. While she was lovely, we are still left for a bill of $907. Basically, the dealership lied to us to get what they wanted. We will not be returning; they cannot be trusted.

      No so sure if i will give them one star due to i bought my car through them 2018. And when i trade my car last week. Find out that out when the dealer run report for any accident it show that there is one from 2017 yr before i brought. So how could this leadership gave me and not telling me that the car i buy was got in car accident and have report. And not telling me i used my car everyday with my kids and family. And never know, that am not even safe....How that be selling cars with not telling customers the truth...u know is been awhile since i have that car love that car so much. But when i find out about the report i was no so sure now. If i recommended this dealer to other cause of safeness of other and selling with faults information. Not telling the history all the cars they sold.
