My homes exterior paint/stucco is cracking/discoloring. I have contacted *** ***** several times about the issue. They told me they are waiting on insurance. It’s been 2.5 years. They have this issue with several other homes dating back 5-6 years ago. exact words from ***** ***** last I spoke to him who is the “manager” of repairs. They offered ZERO solutions other than waiting for insurance. There are a minimum of 10 homes in my neighborhood with this issue.Business response

Due to HIPAA privacy rules, I am unable to provide details regarding the patient’s personal health information. In regards to this complaint, the complainant’s concerns relate to a procedure originally completed in another facility and later a revision was completed in our facility.
The physician who performed this procedure resigned from our organization in December 2021. Due to overwhelming demand for Otolaryngologists, we have had difficulties obtaining a timely appointment for Mr. ***** with another physician. Our CEO has accepted personal responsibility to assist Mr. ***** in obtaining an appointment with an Otolaryngologist in a timely fashion and will personally follow-up with Mr. *****.Customer response

Good morning Bertha,
Thank you for taking my call this morning regarding complaint # ******** and per your direction I am responding in this email.
I have received your letter regarding Mr. ****** who resides at ***** **** ** ** ******** As stated in the letter his home is having issues with effloresence in the stucco. We have several homes in this community with the same issue and have filed a claim with our carrier and are working towards a resolution. We have had other communities in River Islands that also had efflorescence issues with this carrier and all of those homes have been resolved. We are currently working towards resolution in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
Unacceptable response. It is the same response they have been giving for years. Several older communities have still not been handled. What’s to make me believe mine will be handled? Some homes have been repainted but a majority have not. If needed I will drive around and count them myself. It’s is coming up on year 3 since the home has been built. They have known about the problem for over 2 years. I want a resolution, not a “ we are waiting for insurance response” which some have been receiving for over 4 years. Please let me know how we progress towards getting my home handled. If I need to collect signatures and start a class action lawsuit I’m more than happy. I just want my home taken care of. I have already sent what I have for warranty paperwork in a prior message. Unfortunately I do not have anything else provided by *** daele. I filed my complaint to *** ***** within a year. It should be fully covered according to their policy.
