I was charged a “Loyalty Program” fee of $49.99 per line which was not disclosed to me in my quote, and after I had instructed the employee that I only wanted to pay the required taxes and activation fees necessary for the purchase of the (2) new phones and (2) AC adapter accessories. This was not marked as a fee in the quote and I was misled about what I was paying for. I was not provided an itemized printed receipt before leaving the store only an email receipt. As soon as I was able to access my email to get my receipt I called Verizon Wireless to ask about the fee. They told me it was not a fee they charge and filed and incident report against the store. I was told I’ll need to deal with the store directly which I attempted through phone calls, but eventually had to go back to the store to talk with a manager. The Manager did not refund my money and acted like they did nothing wrong. I believe this store purposely misled and charged me a fee which I did not agree to pay for.Business response
