I received a call from them stating my unit was broken into. It was obvious that it was someone that worked there. My unit was all the way on the 3rd floor in the middle. When I recited the call they automatically said someone broke into it and not ask if I was in my storage. I had a lot of valuable items. Who ever on the inside set this up on the inside had time to go through all of my things and left all trash behind. I spoke with management and they had no camera footage and no information on time dates. They just dismissed it and said well its nothing we can do about this all we can do is be a listening ear for you. It was much more to this story. ill explain more through out this process. Storage building from my understanding are suppose to be secure and have cameras, but the employee stated that they had no budget for it. I need help as to how to handle this situation and how to get compensated for my items because a business shouldn't be able to dismiss and say absolutely nothing about this and just move on like this never happened.
